Senior Frontend Engineer (Analytics)
Engineering - Full-time, Remote.
We’re searching for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. This position will report to the Director of Engineering. The ideal candidate is eager to apply their experience to new challenges and continues to learn while being a team player and good communicator. This role requires the ability to build highly functional, scalable, data-driven enterprise applications and the excitement to work in a high-velocity, agile startup environment. Chief Product Officer
Executive - Full-time, Remote, based in San Francisco Bay Area

As the Chief Product Officer at UpMetrics, you will lead and manage the product vision, strategy, and execution. We are looking for a cross-functional leader who will work with a range of stakeholders to understand the market requirements, analyze the competition, and deliver the product vision and road map. The role requires experience championing product vision across teams, establishing and executing priorities in a high-paced environment, as well as working closely with engineering leadership to ensure that the product meets the market opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced and highly engaged Vice President of Client Success who will serve as a strategic partner for clients and our internal teams. In this role, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for managing our rapidly growing client partnerships, optimizing client success operations, and overseeing team performance and development. Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with the senior leadership team, you will leverage strong strategic, leadership, and execution skills to build processes, metrics, and a world-class team to facilitate success.

How We Hire

To attract a diverse pool of talent, UpMetrics posts on various relevant job boards and across personal, professional, and alumni networks.
Each candidate’s application undergoes an initial screening to identify if their background and experience matches the job requirements and key characteristics determined for the role.

Our Hiring Process

Transparent and Engaging: The interview stages are clearly communicated and all interviews are conducted via Zoom video conferencing. 

Fair and Consistent: All interviewers complete bias and hiring training annually. We follow a structured question format for each candidate and complete feedback notes reflecting on a candidate's suitability for the role after each interview, which are compared across the hiring team. 

Thoughtful: We pride ourselves on providing timely communication with all applicants and ensure they receive updates on application status and potential next steps, regardless of the outcome. 

Thorough & Inclusive: We invite candidates to provide feedback and demographic information in a confidential survey to improve the overall candidate experience and increase diversity in our talent pool.

Our Interview Process

Screening Interview: After an initial resume screen, selected candidates will be invited to a phone screening to confirm their experience and align on salary and job expectations.

Manager Interview: An in-depth interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into their professional background and relevant experience.

Work Sample Interview: To further assess their skills and ability to master the responsibilities of the role they're applying for, candidates have the opportunity to present a completed work sample project (or a live coding session for an Engineering role).

Team Interview: Candidates will meet with various UpMetrics teammates to learn more about our people and culture.

Final Interview: Strong candidates meet with our CEO Drew, then connect with the hiring manager once more to ask any final questions that surfaced during the interview process.

References, Background Check & Offer Letter: Finalists are asked to complete a background check and reference checks to confirm experience and working history. Pending successful reference checks and background checks, a formal offer will be made to the candidate.
