Onboarding Plan/Project Timeline
A clear, documented plan with milestones, timelines, and responsibilities to guide the implementation process. 

Impact Framework
Support creating a validated impact framework with 20-25 KIIs

Custom UpMetrics Dashboard
Impact Dashboard to reflect the data relevant to the impact framework. 

System Configuration Report
A detailed report outlining the configuration and customizations made to the system, including system settings, and changes to default workflows.

User Training Materials
Comprehensive training resources, including documentation and videos that explain the key features and processes within the platform, tailored to different user roles (e.g., administrators, power users, and end-users).

Onboarding Session Topics

Our process includes 6 hour-long team training sessions and up to 2 hour-long 1:1 sessions for customized support.

Training Session topics include:

1. Metrics and Data Alignment: Learn to define objectives and measurable Key Impact Indicators (KII’s) and map them to your data sources.

2. Data Formatting, Clean Up, and Uploading: Understand how to clean and prepare data for uploading, and then upload data into the platform.

3. Dashboard & Chart Creation: Learn how to create a dashboard and add basic charts.

4. Developing Calculated Fields: Learn to create calculated fields to support more advanced or customized metrics.

5. Creating Relational Datasets: Establish relationships between datasets to capitalize on richer analysis.

6. Leveraging Your Dashboard: Understand the additional ways you can leverage your dashboards for reporting, fundraising, and impact storytelling.
